The wait is almost over!! Mark your calendars and you may even want to set your alarm if you want to get in early to book your summer and Christmas school holiday getaway at Starvation Bay or Mason Bay campgrounds, east of Hopetoun.  Bookings are scheduled to open just after midnight Friday night or 12:01am Saturday morning, 12th October 2024.

Bookings can be made by going to: SpacetoCo - Campground Booking where you can check availability and book online. If you're flexible about staying on the same campsite we recommend when searching that you only put the start date in as there may be other sites available but not for the full dates you require.

Demand for the popular campsites is anticipated to be high. Here are some tips to help improve your chances to a successful booking.

📌TIPS

✅Make sure you have your SpacetoCo account set up

✅Have your registration details for your car and camper trailer/caravan ready (which must be provided when booking)

✅Research which sites are suitable beforehand on the SpacetoCo campground site to ensure you will fit. We provide site descriptions, sizes of each the campsite and even some photos to view.

✅In case your favourite site is snapped up by someone else, have some additional preferences ready so you can quickly book your alternative choice.

✅Due to the VacSwim program, there is limited availability (especially caravan sites) from 5-17 January at Starvation Bay and you may want to consider staying at Mason Bay or selecting different dates.

✅ Changes are permitted but small fee applies.

✅Only one accommodation type per site (eg caravan/camp trailer/campervan/tent etc) however some larger sites can accommodate two (conditions and fees apply).

❌Bookings are not likely to be changeable due to availability during the peak period. So please select carefully as bookings are non-refundable if unable to change.

❌Changes cannot be made out of normal office hours.
